Re: Touch screen disabled
Okay, loaded the WebOS Doctor, then remembered since the screen isn't functioning, I can't tell the phone to be in Media Sync, USB, or Charge mode. Luckily, Palm got me around that by
>plugging phone into USB charger via working wall outlet
>removing battery, reinsert battery
>hold Volume up button, then release
>USB symbol should appear on phone screen
>reconnect phone to laptop
From there I was able to press 'next' and just waited about 10 mins for it to do its thing, but now that the phone's finished, it's stuck on the screen that reads 'English/Espanol' and the touchscreen still doesn't work.
Time to reach out to Palm?
