So it's fairly obvious that the t-mobile visual voicemail app gets the contact info for the number that called from the WINDOWS outlook contacts manager as opposed to manila contacts...which means we get no updated facebook contact pictures pics for our visual voicemail. A minor inconvenience, but I'm looking for a solution now wanted to put the word out.
