I have been wanting an ALL white theme with black font for some time...and finally they delivered for manila 2012. I'll edit this later with the links to where I got my customization cabs...

Cookie's home mod is actually cooked into the theme (1.6.1) and its entirely functional if you install the HTM editor later.
