The battery icon is the Ariel Battery 2 program. It also lets you pick the colors and the location of the battery icon.

The weather icon I changed using CFC GUI program. It lets you edit manila files. You will need some picture editing software to do it in.

thanks for the 1st link. ill really use that. i just wish you could add an extra icon in the taskbar instead of overriding it.
