1) Your device requires HSPL Unlocking, Please read here to get
2) Download the file to your PC
3) Connect phone to PC via Activesync/WMDC
4) Make sure all device settings (Contacts, SMS, etc) are backed up
5) Execute downloaded .exe and follow instructions
