take what I have in my OEM and get the same things from the hd2 dumped rom OEM folder.

that SHOULD be all that is needed to BOOT the phone, then just take the EXTs you want. be sure to remove any skip files.
oh yeah, make sure you also get wince.nls from oemxipkernel and put that in OEM as well, along with of course the leo oemxipkernel in ROM"
