Do you give blood? It's sorta like how the Red Cross used to ask if you have had a tattoo or body piercing in the last 12 months, and if you say "yes," they say "see ya." Made no sense. Now they follow it up with "was it in a licensed/sterile studio" and you say "yes" and they say "ok, you can donate." Haha. Like others said, just keep things like that hush from now on and with Sprint, you'll probably get your way .

When my daughter was 1.5 years old, she'd try to open my TP1 like it was a book, not a slider. I didn't tell Sprint this, I just said it came loose and now the screen won't turn on. They called it a warranty issue and upgraded me to the TP2 for free. If I had said my daughter broke it, they would have likely made me use my TEP and pay the $100 deductable.

Err, did I say my daughter broke it? Um, I think it just *happened*
