"Warning Device is registering on a voice service only network, Data services are currently unavailable"

I am running 30 Mar MAX and I am recieving this message even though i am conntected and recieving data. I am on a Verizon extended network so this could be part of my problem but I need to konw if I can fix this problem or disable the warning message.
