Found this through a link "Mr Makk" over at XDA posted.
"Here what i found somewhere at PPCGeeks and have always added to my ROMs, the Capability to send 3Mb Files over MMS. Pretty Cool. Just add this registry to your Kitchen or Install the below Installation file to your Existing Device. Its supports every Windows Phone Device."
