I was having bluetooth issues also. Quick and easy fix.
Open "Task Manager" under the tools folder and go to services. Click and hold "Bluetooth Profiles(BTP1
and select "Set Automatic". You can just reboot to test it or just start the service. Everything will be happy after that.
