well... i think i can't leave out the tools folder of ROM anyway and now i don't even give a d*mn about it. i tried to not include some cabs and files from TOOLS but it seems they have bugfixes inside as well. the phone just won't function correctly without them... so whatever!

there's another problem i'm concerned about now: i left out almost all of the software from the Calk kitchen list, just the basic winmo programs any other pda got installed remained. it's veeeery close to "clean" i would say. BUT! i know that my memory crippled vzw tp1 is not one of a kind... anyway it doesn't mean that at boot my phone should start at 75-77%! the same i had when flashing the full version of Calkulin's rom! i guess i did smth wrong. most likely the kitchen list of software doesn't mean much because i can see the "tails" (in the phone's registry) of the software i didn't even mention in the list. what's more i can't get the internet connection for long and the speed seems to get much slower as if i had 1X.
so i wonder if i should take some more steps than just merely leave out the apps from the kitchen list. should i???
