when the unlocker first dropped, the elite team put out their rom and it had a custom blue fire splash instead of the htc screen. the rom sucked, but if you flashed it off, the blue fire stuck. (so is this the splash screen or boot screen or what?) you had to flash back to stock to get the old one back. it had the proper file. the other roms lacked this.
