Sprint reps are the last to know anything, even how to use the phones after they are released. I'm not saying you weren't told late summer. And, while that still falls in the "Summer 2010" window, until Sprint releases something official, the rep was just providing you with words in you ear. Unless you know Dan Hesse personally, and he said it's coming late Summer, and you have it video recorded, we won't know until Sprint tells us.
Plus, I wonder how much Sprint really cares about the Nexus One? They care enough to have one compatible with their network, but they will do 0 advertising for it. Google will do that. They will hype up the Evo, and probably try to release that first. For people in non-4G areas, both phones are the same, speed wise. But Sprint is all about 4G this year. Why put a phone they won't market on their network, when they can make their statement with the Evo?
