OK.. I did a hard reset to reflash the rom and clear out any previous changes then used the built-in (thanks NRG) registry editor to change the settings you specified. Rebooted the device via softreset and the pic message still hangs in the outbox. It seems to me that there is something in the latest version of arcsoft that won't allow the pic messages to send.
