It may be possible if you can get the ESN ported over to Verizon. It's pretty tough to do though, but it has been done with other phones.

MSL as far as i know is Mobile Subscriber Lock, entering this allows the phone to be programed with the carriers network info, they gave it to you so you could re enter the original SPCS network info, thus reprogramming it. Using that number one could enter in the verizon network information. if you pretend you were told by SPCS rep that you needed to call customer care, and that you where told that you needed to have the whole thing reprogrammed, then they will give the code, write the code down and keep it till you find a verizon dealer willing to activate it.
