Please - enough BS - if your not an HTC troll then you must be blind. Even Mr. Chow says he does whatever is necessary to make sure his consumers are happy! Stating in detail how the new "touch" is a business and consumer phone blending rich multimedia experiences and broad business applications. Look - if you don't think that they owe us anything then use your phone and move on! The point of this thread is to make HTC aware that the consumer will not tolerate subpar performance on a device which costs a considerable amount of money. The technology of this device should make all processes better than in previous models and that is not the case. My PDA phone from 2 years ago could do everything this device can but with a much better multimedia experience. With regard to testing a device like this one, 30 days is a joke! We have other responsibilities other than checking on a phone that should live up to better standards then prior models. After all - isn't this why we continue to upgrade? It is to upgrade - right? By the way - check out the HTC website and click on press releases - They continue to have record growth and income - If they want to continue to make better products then make them just that - better! Do what's right HTC - make it better.
