They may be doing this in order to keep the phone at a lower price, and, quite frankly, I would prefer it to be that way.

What bothers me most about the phone is that there is no hardware keyboard. I currently own a Sprint TP2, and for me, a keyboard is a must.

I came from a Samsung Instinct (a humongous failure of a phone), and can't stand onscreen keyboards, whether the screen be capacitive or resistive.
