Update: It might have been me I did not have show hidden system files enabled. I am trying to cook a nother rom now with the files that did not get copied.

New Question how do you change the setting for enabling the flash reminder HKCU/Control Panel/Notifications/{A877D65B-239C} in the kitchen?
Got this one also looks like it is stored in the rgu file.
