Rookie question,
When flashing to new versions of the Energy ROMs, do I need to flash back to the stock ROM in order to clear out all previous ROM data? I've heard you need to or you are left with a buggy slow phone.
Also what is the current soft/hard reset procedure? Hard reset before and after the flash?
Just checking as I have heard lots of different stories.
