IM a little confuse by your post. Are you saying that the mogul is not setup to get CALLTONES?
Ive had my mogul for abt a mt and a half and I have had 3 different calltones on it..
Didnt have to do anything extra..Just sign on to my account online and bought the tones from the DIGITAL lounge..And they were on within 5minutes or less
I've had several sprint phones and had call tones..And all I ever did was log online to my account or through the phone and bought it
