You would need to talk to your exchange admin (assuming at your work) and see if they can set up a server rule for you. My work does this so that if you loose your phone nobody can see sensative information on your phone...
Also if you enter your password incorrectly too many times, your phone will hard reset! AND if you have your email saving to your memory card it will wipe that out too!!
