I have the same issue as everyone else - weather overlays the clock, and the lock slider is hiding behind the quick launch icons when it's locked.

I think we may be confused about the files in the windows.zip, so let me be explicit about what I did. It contains a windows/ folder with three .zip files in it. I extracted the three zip files onto my phone's microSD card. I then used Total Commander to copy those three zip files into the \Windows folder on the phone. They did not seem to overwrite anything, and I didn't do anything with regedit (you mentioned that in your last post but don't seem to have given any exact instructions). That's all I did with those files. Are we supposed to do something different? Extract each of the three .zip files before copying? Do something with regedit?
