DO IT! DO IT, NOW! Seriously, I waited and waited, too because I was nervous. I, also, came from WM (TP). But really, don't let your apprehension keep you from opening up the HERO's potential. I did the AUTOROOT method and just redid it so that I am now running RA1.6.2 and it is SOOOOOO easy! And what was a good phone is now a D*** Good phone!
