think bout it...if u want to get prego it is helpful to figure out when u r ovulating without buying expensive tests...when doc asks when ur last period was u can actually know the answer...and if u dont want to get prego u can make sure u dont go unprotected during ovulation. not just helpful for pms planning. lol.
