Use MaxTTM 4.1 To set the wallpaper to skin the taskbar and softkey bars. This is different then the top and bottom curtain, which are just above and below the taskbar and softkey bar.
Everyone always seems to confuse the two.
Do not use MaxTTM for any other purpose though, as it will corrupt your home screen layout if you try to install components with it.
It has not been updated since October.
