My 6700 was replaced by a mogul on Jan 13th in the DC Metro area.
I know everyone wants something new, but to be honest, until they release the GPS and EVDO Rev A updates, the 6800 isn't much of an update. The size is nice, but it gets worse reception and not as stable.
