Thanks for the info--I hate to pay $100 for a refurb phone but hope TEP assurion will send a new one. I will keep you update. When you go to Sprint store and get the refurb phone, do you still have to pay the $100 deductible ?

I probably will forget about replacing the digitizer since it seems not that easy plus may not get a good result.
