That is the Stock Sprint ROM. It is not CFC Compressed. You will have to run a custom ROM. You are in the thread of the best TP2 Custom ROM. To Flash this ROM, you will have to unlock your phone. All info and links to do this are in
this sticky. Then you can flash a custom ROM. I suggest using the ROM from the beginning of this thread. Cheers!
