Re: Tether Treo Pro to iPod Touch

no i use it on my computer what type of connection are you using? i know i tried to use it with my wii and it found it but would not connect. make sure the ipod can connect ad-hoc

Edit: found that it is possible to do what your doing but unless you can make a static ip in wifirouter the touch will not connect if you need a wireless connection and have a laptop with wifi capabilities try tethering wifirouter with your laptop and then on you laptop

set up an ad hoc network and connect to it.... you won't be able to browse yet....

then start>run and type nslookup

type that number into the dns of the ipod...

voila! you should be connected
