it was a release day phone, talked to verizon engineers they are the ones that told me to send it back. I have been with verizon wireless since 1999 and never had as many dropped calls with my first imagio as i have had in all the years with verizon. I have 4-5 bars everywhere and it still dropped calls for no reason. Trust me it was the phone.

Mine is also a release day phone , you must have gotten one from that Chinese batch that were recalled.
