Yeah, that's what I thought, so I'm trying to restore the phone back to factory default (Hard reset & also via the Settings options). Only problem is that doing that 4 times still doesn't make it true factory default (some apps like Stocks, Nascar, etc, are still removed). But, I'm hoping it still is close enough to start from scratch again.
