...hehe...I let it sit for 6 or 7 hours and it didn't even flinch...though I fell asleep...hehe...no worries though I figured it out...
Anyone having the same issue as me with the icons not showing correctly with the quick links on the homescreen do this...
File Explorer-> Application Data-> HTC-> Prog Launcher->Select All Files and delete, then soft reset...and all is well...
