One thing I noticed that isn't working for me, and I've honestly never tried it before, is the Format SD Card application just tells me my card is damaged. I've tried Resco Explorer and it pretty much just flips me off too, so I don't think it's the app. Is this something the Imagio just doesn't support, or is it a potential issue with the ROM/drivers? I tried a handful of microSD cards, they can't all be broken!
HTC Music still doesn't work well for me, that's why I wanted to let the device format the microSD however it wants to. I re-formatted it outside of the device, and am now adding a much smaller (1.5GB vs. 8GB) quantity of music back onto it to see if it's what I've seen others say about HTC Music choking with too many files to manage. I've tried pretty much everything else. lol. Not that this has ANYTHING to do with your ROM, but if you find any potential magic solutions you want somebody to guinea pig, I'm your man!
edit: Music was working perfectly with a small number of files on the SD card. Deleted the database and am syncing the whole list again. It appears that the number of files might have something to do with it. |
The format SD app was imported from the GSM RhodiumS2 which may not work for our phones and I'll remove it. I've never had a need to test it. Thanks for feedback.
