sprint has said the Evo will launch this summer, and why wouldn't they release them at the same time? 1. the Evo will probably only be made available in markets that have 4G, so non 4G markets with customers looking for the Evo will probably be shown the N1 2. most people are assuming the Evo will come with a hefty price tag so even if they launch at the same time a tiered pricing structure will probably be enough to drive demand on the N1 3. if the current business model on the N1 holds true for sprint, it won't be available in any sprint store anyway so Sprint will likely want a new android device to show off in store
So i don't see why they can't launch them at the same time or at least in close proximity with to each other
