thats not true..I gave a friend a ppc6700 like a month ago and in it the usb port fell off and I soldered it in and a few screws were missing too when I put it back together *whistle*..but it was having keyboard issues and usb was breaking off again and sprint accepted it and exchanged it lol

When visiting a sprint store you always gotta ask them to "fix" not exchange..chances are they'll exchange it anyways
