I have been covnerting a lot of images to indexed, mode this increses speed greatly. I got my phone canvas dll down to 1.67 megs from 12.9 in this way, it works the same for SIP, just a ton more images to replace.. but thanks for the tip, I will be indexing all the SIP images soon.
SMS: look in registry under SMS, you should see my threaded files and my reg tweaks (to remove 2016 bug for example)

When I asked Raid he explained his reasoning was that it was slow, it is heavy on the processor but only when i first sync my exchange mailbox and get my 300+ messages and sorts them...
after that I don't have any speed problems I know that scrolling through the list is a little slower because it puts more info out there for you to see but i am ok with it overall.

I also get tons of email, have to autoarchive every 3 days to prevent from going over on the exchange server limit (100 megs!!!) I prefer to see my emails one at a time, just personal preference

sometimes that happens when you have a corrupt package, remove what youve added one at a time, tedious, but guaranteed to work.

Look at my start menu customization in tweaks, it will become clear how it all placed, look in app.dat for the file placement and app.reg for the icons.
