I don't have the omnia but it may be similar to these settings I go through to change mine:

Start>Settings>Personal>Owner Info>Options Tab at the bottom

Uncheck the boxes saying to show info when turned on

Should be similar seeing were both on windows

Moving to Omnia II section for ya
