that sim issue is a mistery.According to mike4fun the problem was somewhere else,not in prl.And it happened when I was on new 6.5 shipped rom.
I flashed shipped 6.1 rom,did full fanufacturer reset ,flashed unlocked radio and my phone is back to normal.
I will never flash that stupid new rom again lol
