I work for US Cellular and I loaded the March 26th rom up earlier. After you run the provisioning you need to go to the comm tab and turn the data connection on. It'll bring you to a new window (hence not turning data on) click on manage existing connection. enter your phone number as the user name and password and save it. data will work now...
