lol ok there is your problem.
the cab file is the install file. you can extract the files but they will do you no use outside the cab file.
what you want to do is transfer those cab files to your memory card, in tact. do not extract them.
using file explorer or something similar in windows mobile, locate the cab file and open it. it will install on the phone from there.
