Finally got things stable again.....I had to go all the way back to:
HTC Touch Pro (Sprint)_SprintTouchProMR2.01.651.6.exe
even
HTC Touch Pro (Sprint)_SprintTouchProMR2.01.651.6_WM6.5[v.3].zip
currently on the HTC web site was experiencing lock-ups and flash loss.
I let that sit for a day and things appeared stable, even the hard reset key combo worked again.
Then I flashed to:
Energy.HERMAN.21895.Sense2.1.Mar.19.7z
and that has been stable for just about a day now.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
