Only question I had as far as customization that I have seen asked once, but either I was blind to see the answer or there hasn't been one, was how to remove the email delete confirmation that has been added? I don't think I had seen this in previous ROMs I had tried from MR, but it might be I just have a bad memory  Anyway, if someone could help with that, it would be very appreciated.

Just go into any inbox, then menu, tools, then options then the message tab. Uncheck the box.
