Open your browser on your phone and navigate to http://m.youtube.com/app
The download should start automatically and then install the cab. This is a newer version. It works on the maxmillia mar 17 Energy Rom, but I do like the HTC version included with the stock rom better. For now, it will suffice as a time waster.
