The whole purpose of this rant is not to criticize the 2.5 roms. They are great and for most the battery is fine. But for me, were battery life is my first issue, NRGZ's 2.1 is THE rom.
I want to let it be known there are die hard 2.1 people out here so that the updates to 2.1 keep coming. NRGZ is #1

Until the Mar 20th the battery life on the 2.5s was really really good. Now I'm with you, I can't run my phone all day on the current release on a single charge (I used to be able to almost make 2 days on a charge). Wait for the new release and give it a shot again if you like the 2.5 look and feel.
