Please do not report bugs if it truly is not a bug. This not a big deal....
Here is how you fix.
In registry:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\HTC\PHONE\PhoneExtendSetting
KeyPadVibration - Set D word to 0
Soft reset and you will be happy again.
