lol you don't need to reinstall your OS just to use my kitchen! You only need to add yourself to the administrators group on your computer, place the kitchen in a place where the path to it does not get too long.. (mine is in c:\users\ispmo151\downloads\wm\rz) and disable UAC entirely.
I am flattered that you are willing to reinstall your OS just to cook with my kitchen though ...
albeit unnecessary..
