I believe someone already mentioned this but co0kie's Home Tab ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=625483) works great with MR! Gives me 25 quick links for all my apps. I just tried 1.6.1 and it works great. It allows me to see more appointments on the home tab.
