A few suggestions for crucial things you might add, working 6.5 ICS enable/stealth cab, Weather city expander cab, link to TP2 cleanup/tweak, enable call recording cab, etc.
Weather - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=546141 tested, working on Sprint 6.5 rom - you add the city you want manually in the app then it can be selected from the Sense interface.

I never thought that this thread would grow as fast as it has! I agree with your suggestion that pictures would be awesome, once I catch up on all the links I will look into that
