K..this will work it turns off viberation completely..go to top left corner click START (windows flag button) now go to SETTINGS from there youll see a list..go to PERSONALIZE its the very first tab,now. go to the last tab VIBERATION UNCHECK..than that should work for you cus it worked for me..i havent found any program or anything on the phone that will vib..hope it works!..
