As I promised u.. I found a solution to the annoying align screen problem. To by-pass, just go to this link:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=355010) and download/install (in your PC) a very sweet & helpful app. (called Factory Code/Remote Screen Alignment) which easily & simply allow you me to by-pass the screen align step.. worked like a charm!!!
